M7150/Flat Grinding Machine

The M7150 horizontal-axis flat surface grinder uses the peripheral or side surfaces of the grinding wheel for grinding. The workpiece can be either fixed on the worktable or magnetically clamped onto an electromagnetic chuck. The machine tool’s longitudinal movement and the grinding head’s lateral movement are both hydraulically driven, featuring stepless speed regulation. The grinding head’s lateral movement can also be manually controlled (for side-grinding). In addition to manual feed, the grinding head is equipped with a motorized rapid lifting mechanism for vertical movement. Both the vertical and lateral guide rails of the grinding head are coated with plastic strips, ensuring excellent wear resistance, high sensitivity, smooth transmission, and stable operation.
