M7180/Flat Grinding Machine

This machine tool is a horizontal-axis, rectangular-table conventional surface grinder. Its primary application is to grind steel, cast iron, nonferrous metals, and other materials using the peripheral surface of the grinding wheel. Depending on the workpiece material and shape, different clamping and positioning methods can be employed. For general flat surfaces, electromagnetic chucks or direct fastening onto the worktable can be used for rough grinding operations. For flat surfaces, right-angle surfaces, surfaces at arbitrary angles, cylindrical end faces, and other special shapes, grinding can be performed on fixtures or multi-functional, high-power electromagnetic chucks.

This machine tool is a horizontal-axis, rectangular-table conventional surface grinder. For flat surfaces, right-angle surfaces, surfaces at arbitrary angles, cylindrical end faces, and other specialized shapes, grinding can be performed on fixtures or multi-functional, high-power electromagnetic chucks.

This machine tool adopts a grinding head-moving layout. The worktable’s longitudinal movement is driven by hydraulics; the head’s lateral movement is achieved via a ball screw pair, with stepless speed regulation provided by a frequency converter, allowing for both automatic and manual operation. The vertical feed motion features rapid lifting and lowering as well as manual adjustment, driven by a ball screw pair. This design offers high efficiency, precise transmission, and exceptional ease of use.
