Product Description

1. The machine tool adopts a fixed-beam gantry frame structure with high rigidity, making it suitable for precision machining of medium- and large-sized workpieces and molds. Components such as the hydraulic system, high-precision grinding head, and control system are supplied by specialized manufacturers from Taiwan.

2. The beam is designed with a sloped-back structure, offering excellent mechanical performance.

3. The longitudinal (X-axis) movement of the worktable is driven by a double-rod hydraulic cylinder equipped with a proportional flow valve for remote stepless speed regulation. The independent hydraulic station, manufactured and supplied by a specialized Taiwanese manufacturer, is fitted with an oil temperature cooling device.

4. The grinding head is equipped with high-precision rolling bearings, and the entire assembly is manufactured and supplied by a specialized manufacturer from Taiwan.

5. The vertical and lateral feed of the grinding head are controlled by servo drives, enabling automatic grinding as well as precise micro-feed via an electronic handwheel—a feature that is both convenient and practical.

6. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic lubrication system and features an automatic low-oil alarm function to ensure smooth and reliable lubrication of all guideways.
