Main features

Material: The entire casting set is made of high-grade Meehanite cast iron C250, which has undergone tempering treatment to minimize deformation.

Guides: The bed, worktable, and column guides all feature ultrasonic-frequency quenching and precision grinding, ensuring high precision and extending service life.

Drive System: The machine tool’s longitudinal and transverse cutting feeds employ a series-connected variable-frequency speed regulation system combining mechanical and motor-driven components. The drive unit at the top of the column utilizes a precision worm gear pair to ensure parallel accuracy during the milling head’s lifting and lowering movements.

Milling Head: The milling head is an independent component. Its spindle is precision-machined from SCM21 alloy steel and undergoes tempering and carburizing treatment. Paired with precision bearings, it can withstand long-term operation at high milling speeds.

Lubrication: The machine tool’s guideway and transmission components are both lubricated by an automatic, adjustable, and directional oil supply system, ensuring optimal lubrication of the machine tool’s guideways during movement.
