Main features

Material: The entire casting assembly is made of high-grade C250 Meehanite cast iron, which has undergone tempering treatment to minimize deformation. The guide rails on the worktable are coated with plastic, while the base and crossbeam slide surfaces have been subjected to high-frequency heat treatment and precision grinding to ensure transmission accuracy. Rail: Transmission System: The movement of the worktable crossbeam is driven by stepless micro-adjustment (inverter), allowing for easy control of cutting speed. Spindle: The main spindle is precision-machined from SCM21 alloy steel and undergoes quenching and carburizing treatment. Paired with high-precision bearings, it can withstand long-term high-speed operation. Lubrication: A linked oil injector is used, capable of simultaneously lubricating the X-axis guide rails to ensure precise transmission.
